How did your character come to San Junipero: **Endgame spoilers whited out, highlight if you'd like to read:** During the final battle against Thanos, Tony uses the gauntlet with all six Infinity Stones to finally defeat the Mad Titan and his army. The power of the stones were too much for his body to take, and it ultimately killed him.
History: Link
Personality: Tony is a mess of good intentions gone wrong. He can come across as arrogant and cocky and, while sometimes he is, for the most part he uses that to hide his real personality. He's loyal, brilliant, and will ultimately do whatever he needs to do in order to keep those he cares about safe.
Appearance: Tony is 5'9", has brown hair, brown eyes. He has kept himself in shape throughout the years by surfing, practicing martial arts, and boxing. His hair is generally kept trimmed in a stylish manner but, when he forgets to cut his hair, it grows into something very similar to this.

How did your character come to San Junipero:

I'll follow the example set already and mark for Endgame spoilers! Highlight if you want to read.
According to the Russo brothers, at the end of Endgame, Cap returns all the infinity stones, and then stays back in time to live with Peggy in a branched reality. There are lots of unknown details there and I don't plan on guessing them. However, when Steve decides to leave his own reality/timeline, that version of him dies. That's the version of Steve I'll be playing here. He knows the risks, and he knows that somewhere out there, a version of him is finally getting his reunion with Peggy. But as soon as he travels to one reality — one new, multiverse version of him is created and the old version of him dies. To be clear, this is me bringing my own speculation here into the verse. This is similar to how memory works in Dollhouse when you move from body to body, or how alternate timelines work in Community!

Ferdi Müller ( Original ) Permanent

Era of origin: current-ish era at the time of his death/upload, 1930s for the bulk of his character building.
How did your character come to San Junipero: The technology has come about in his old age and he's opted to be transferred into the system.
History: 1936 in Germany
Personality: Ferdi was born in 1916 in Frankfurt, Germany. He grew up relatively well off for the most part. Most of his teen years were spent in Berlin where he was active in social groups at the time that were pro-lgbt lifestyles, frequently involved with lesbian bars that were popular at the time. His family was not well aware of his activities until his late teens when he was disowned. However, Ferdi had enough contacts and was able to make ends meet with regular odd jobs and activities connected to his activism. He had also not been very close to his family even before being disowned so it didn't have a large impact on him.

Ferdi was an anti-nazi activist, raising the alarm prior to the Night of the Long Knives that the climate was changing for homosexuals in Germany. The scene had been one that flourished through much of the early 20th century but with the rise of the Nazi regime, also came the rise of violence towards anyone different. During this time, Ferdi was informed of the massacre by a brownshirt he knew and whom he later found murdered in his apartment.

Once it became clear, there would be nothing but further escalations, Ferdi decides to turn to self preservation and flee Germany with the assistance of his lover at the time. They were able to safely make it out of Germany and travel to Canada where they were taken in as refugees.

Ferdi is a rather outgoing, snarky and loud person. He is rather outspoken, which can quite often get him into trouble. He's intensely loyal. While he is a rather lively person, he doesn't have much belief or trust in humanity or the good of people -- especially as a collective. His outlook on others is very informed by his most recent experiences with not only discrimination but brutal murders and betrayals.

He doesn't trust most and the motives of people intrigue him more than most anything else about them. It doesn't quite matter to him what they want as to why they want it. He'll go at great lengths to try and understand people to that end.

This is a divergence from his earlier years when he was blindingly trusting and believed in the good of people.
